How to uninstall a language support pack (one that asks you to load when viewing foreign site)?

Apparently I accidentally clicked install when one of those language packs popped up (though I swear I repeatedly clicked no/cancel when it asked if I wanted to install the character support). I wasn't aware I clicked yes so when the install window came up I immediately clicked cancel since I didn't know what it was. When I figured out what had happened I checked to see what files had been installed (though it didn't complete the entire process). There wasn't a way to remove it that I could find and there wasn't a recent restore point.

Wanting to be able to undo what I did I figured going back to the site and letting it finish would then add an option to uninstall after I let it complete. It asked for the XP cd and installed even more files but there isn't an option to uninstall that I can find now and I don't want all this junk on here.

The only thing I have found and done was to uncheck the install East Asian languages in Language Options and rebooted but that either doesn't work, didn't work, or something in between because all the files it installed are still there and when I go back to the page that used to ask if I wanted to install the language files in order to view Japanese characters it no longer does. I am assuming that means it is installed still.

So, short story.. how do I remove all the files that it installed?

Help is greatly appreciated.

Is it listed in ADD/REMOVE Programs?
Generally that is where you remove them if the
install completed properly.

No. That was what I was hoping would be listed the first time when I clicked to cancel it and figured if I went back to the site and allowed it to finish completely that that time it would add the uninstall option there but it didn't.

I assume it did install completely as it asked for the XP Pro cd and installed a bunch of files from there and now when I go to a Japanese site none of them bring up the install option again.

Have you, or anyone else reading, ever clicked yes to one of those language packs (if that is the proper term) and did it have an option to remove it in the add/remove programs?

If it didn't install completely I don't know how to reinstall it as the sites won't bring up the option again and if I check the East Asian language option is states it will install all the languages at 200+ MB and I don't want to add even more unneccesary files if that can't be undone.

Thanks for the post.
