How to underclock an old A64?

The exact motherboard can be found Here.

The CPU

And I don't know the RAM, but it's DDR400 at stock speeds and latency.

STORY
I have a problem in that my CPU is running too hot (65C under load) and I'd like it to run a bit cooler. I figure I can accomplish this with a simple under-clock + undervolt (It won't hust performance as the Ti-4800 it's paired with will still be a bottleneck).

So I tried looked throughout the BIOS, and I found nothing that would allow me to set my CPU host to less than 200, or change the multiplier below what it is now, 9 I believe.(It's an A64 2800+ newcastle at stock[1800Mhz])

QUESTION:
Does anyone know how I can underclock and undervolt the CPU?
