How to tweak Grand Prix 3?

I just bought this game and found it awesome.!!!
but the processor usage is always above 130%

I want to know is there any registry that i can tweak and
in the graphics setup, what can be disable to get a better performance
without a significant graphics lost.

How well does it work? Any slowdowns, stutters, etc? Also, how do you get 130% cpu useage?

when i press "O", it will show u the processor usage.

130% which isn't good.

i am using P!!!550E@600E, Geforce MX, BXmaster and 96Mb RAM, and GP3 is suggesting to use my CPU D3D as opposed to the Geforce, and also at low resolutions, 6x4 for geforce and 8x6 for software D3D? whats the deal? i thought that the geforce GPU should be performing better.
Another thing is i cannot configure my Sidewinder (original) to work with this game. It detects the gamepad but customization is very limited which suckzz. I've yet to enjoy the game which is supposed to be the best from the rest. Atleast I an configure the gamepad with F12000. which is also a system demanding game.
