How to turn off the gore on Quake3 Team Areana?

My son wants to play it but I need the command for shutting of the blood & gore?(Demo if that makes a difference)

Set these in the console:

/cg_gibs 0
/cg_blood 0 0r /com_blood 0 <-- i forgot which it was

To look through ALL the commands for a prefix, type something like:

/r
/cg
/com

and hit TAB, it'll list out all the available commands
