How to turn off PC automatically at certain time?

is there a software that allows the PC to be automatically turned off at a given time without me having to do it myself.
I'm watching TV with my PC but I want it to be turned off after I fall asleep..
how can I so this>?

I was just thinkin' about this yesterday. I wouldn't mind knowing either, since that way I can let my rigs keep workin' for the TeAm, but then shut off at night so my Mom can sleep

I researched this a couple months ago. I found Switch Off and it does the job.
I found it to work particularly well with WinXP, gave me some problems with Win98SE.

Howevr, that was version 2.1, this month they issued version 2.2, available here.
