How to trouble shoot memory stability?

How do you trouble shoot memory stability problems? Prime95 fails when I try 225FSB at 2.8v I have Mushkin Level 1 2x256Mb PC3500. I'm running it at the proper timings of 2-3-3. How do I tell what's wrong and what do I do to go higher?

You might just be at your memory's limits. That memory is rated for 433 and youre pushing 450 with its stock timings, which I think is pretty good. I would imagine you could go a bit higher if you loosened the timings a little.

Mushkin level 1 isn't that great for overclocking, you probably aren't going to get any higher without a vmod...

Thanks for the info.. I like the memory it performs well I was just trying to up the FSB and lower the multiplier to get some better performance but I guess I can live at 12.5x200
