How To Transfer Saved Games in Grand Theft Auto:Vice City

Anybody know what file the saved games are in in Grand theft Auto: Vice City for the PC? I just put together my new computer, and wanted to copy over my saved games seeing I am 75% done with the game.

I haven't played VC, but I am sure they used the same location in the original GTA3. There should be a folder in your 'My Documents' folder with the all the saved games and replays. Just simply transfer this folder to the 'My Documents' folder on your new system.
