How to transfer bookmarks from netscape to IE?

How is this done? Since netscape has one bookmark file and IE uses multiple files?

Though I knew how to do this, but dont.

You can import bookmarks from other files or application in IE, File->Import/export, then follow the on screen prompts. But I only use IE anyway, so i cant test it.
