How to TRANSFER BOOKMARKS and FAVORITES from FIrefox to another PC???

Folks, can someone simply tell me if its possible to easily transfer Bookmarks and Favorites I dragged onto the toolbar in Firefox to another PC I just freshly installed WIN 7 and Firefox on?


I have an old XP with Firefox Browser that i would like to copy all these things to the Win 7 and Firefox PC. Is it possible and could you list the steps?

Im not sure what you call the web sites addresses that you drag onto the toolbar above that associate with an icon....what are these called?

I have alot of those too that I want to copy over to my new machine as well...is it possible?
