How To Transfer A Warranty?

Hi, I recently sold a product to someone, and it has a 1 year warranty on it. What do I need to do to transfer that warranty to them?

BTW, this warranty is offered by the store selling it, and not the manufacturer.

I bought a MiniDV recently, and opted for an extended warranty.

I asked the same question...If I wanted to sell my MiniDV, how would I transfer my Warranty.

Basically, once you put YOUR name on the info and send it, there's NO WAY to transfer...The workaround is filling in the forms and saying it is a gift. Then when you go to sell it, there's no specific name associated.
