How to Thank the Task Force

I live in Montgomery County and am trying to think up a way to show appreciation to the task force. I was thinking about ordering a whole bunch of pizza and beer and having it delivered to Rockville, but I don't know if they would accept that. Maybe getting a big banner made up that says "Task Force: Well Done!!!" or something and hanging it over an overpass??
