How to test remote computers to see if iis is running

My boss, in light of the recent code red worm attacks, wants me to test to see if any of our computers are, unknowingly to us are running iis. We patched the computers that we know are running iis, but want to be sure. So I am asking if anyone knows of a program that given a range of ips, will test to see if either iis is running, or to see if port 80 is accepting connections? All of the computers are running either Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000, so there is some risk. We have about 150 computers, so going to each computer is not an option. Thanks.
