Is there a program I can use to test my hard drive speed, to ensure my SATA is working at max speed?

Can you help me decode the results? Want to make sure my sata drive is running at its max speed.
My results are for 5 / 100mb

Seq: 74.93 63.10
512K 37.38 33.92
4k 0.569 1.080

My HD is a Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3320620AS (Perpendicular Recording Technology) 320GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive
Performance
Interface SATA 3.0Gb/s
Capacity 320GB
RPM 7200 RPM
Cache 16MB
Average Latency 4.16ms
Didn't think the speeds would be that slow. I got the HD in october 06. There must be faster drives out there, eh?
