How To Test For Failing Card?

I think my Albatron GeForce4 Ti4200 may be failing. I have been having problems that don't show up every where. I un-installed the card, deleted all references to nvidia in the registry and reinstalled it but the problems still exists. Is there a program what will test it and give results?
