how to test a dead MOBO

my PC died a couple weeks ago, and i thought i narrowed it down to the PSU, so i RMA'd it. Put in the new psu today and it still wont turn on. I hear it click when i flip the switch on the psu, but the system wont power on. Is there a way to test if the motheroard is dead? any help would be apreciated. thanks.
