How to tell the core of an AMD 64 chip

I ordered an AMD 64 3200+ 90nm 939 chipset ( winchester ) from newegg. the front of the box says AMD 64 3200+ Socket 939. OK looks good so far right. When I run the CPU and BIOS Information utility in SiSoft Sandra it reports the "name" to be a "M1F Athlon 64 ( K8 ClawHammer ) 90nm ?GHz + ?V". The Molde is " AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3200+ ". So do you think I got a ClawHammer instead?

They never made a s939 3200+ that was a clawhammer, so it has to be a winchester core.

My guess is that its identifying it as a clawhammer either because SiSoft Sandra is not up to date on the new processor codes, or your bios is not up to date and does not recognize the new processor. Download CPU-Z, it should tell you what core you have.
