How to tell model version of Dell Monitor? 2407WFP or -HC

Hi and thanks for helping.

I recently bought a used Dell 2407WFP (because I simply cannot afford a new one). It was advertised as a Dell 2407WFP-HC on craigslist and I paid $450. Looking at the monitor, which I love by the way, I see the model number is:

2407WFPb revA03

After searching online I can't find any place that heps me determine if this a HC or not. Reading "The LCD Thread" here brings concerns to mind regarding both monitors but given the price and how great it is so far I like it.

My biggest concern is I want to finally get into real pro photo/video and my reason for upgrade was to attempt to get a high color gamut and with the 92% CG advertised for the -HC (high color version of this monitor) I was hoping to get my first experience with a pro level monitor.

I know this monitor is not top notch as stated in that thread but I simply cannot afford more. Also as I stated I am novice to good monitors so I'm relying on this to be the closest to what I will now call real color. I will be getting a colorimeter soon but have no experience with one so far.

Do both models have a 92% color gamut? Which model is mine? Is there anything I should know about this particular model?

Thanks for all the input. I am new but want to take this seriously, all feedback is appreciated!

I am 100% certain, that I have a 3007WFP-HC A2 (Czech), but there aren't any infomation on back of the display, that explicitly state this is the HC version, and not the regular 3007WFP display.

Did you get the sellers original email of bill from Dell? It should state if it a HC model of not, but of course this can be faked, but still you can recheck the serial with Dell, and they should be able to confirm if it is a HC model or not. The differences should extend beyond the gamut (72% (non-HC) vs 92% (HC)).
