1700+ tb'b ,1.8v, leadtek nf2, 2x PC2700 @ 2.2ghz(11x200). It will boot and able to run s@h 24x7, but as soon as I try sandra test or 2dmark 2001 system hang or simply shut down. I have try 1.9v, down the fsb to 190(can run all sandra at 190fsb), still no luck w/ 3dmark. Did I hit the limit of my ram or it is my cpu?

P.S idle 46c, load 50c.

Have you tried to up your VDimm settings yet? Also, try running your memory in spec and o/c your cpu.

If stability tests are ok and you can run without lockups/reboots your cpu is not the culprit. You could then run your cpu at spec and o/c your RAM. Find the max. your RAM will do and run them both synchronously. I have read in many places that NFORCE2 boards operate the best when memory and CPU are run synchronously.

Run Memtest86 to find your RAM limit. If you're only crashing only in 3d tests I'd make sure the AGP is locked, maybe increase the volts and also watch the PS rails real close.

I am running the cpu and ram in sync and I am very sure my AGP/PCI is locked(according to bios and the monitoring software). Maybe I should upping v on the ram and see. Also play some REAL game and see if it happen.

Unreal 2003 benchmark and the game itself reveals artifacting faster than anything else for me.

Set a very low multiplier (say x6) ,& then ramp up the FSB until it crashes ,that'll be the RAMs limit (aside from voltage tweaking)
