How to tell if my new system is running at full-speed?

I have a P4 2.8C CPU running on an Intel D875PBZ mobo with 2 sticks of Kingston Hyper-X PC3200 (DDR400) ram. I believe that I have Hyperthreading and full 800Mhz FSB enabled, but I'm not sure how to check for sure...

Can anyone help?

Easy. To see CPU speed, right click on My Computer, and select properites. To see if HT is enabled, press Ctrl-alt-del then go performance. You should see two bars for cpu usage.
