How to take time off for interviews

I have an in-person interview (3rd interview total with this company) with some company this week. The interview is scheduled for some time during the day this week. That would mean I have to ask for some time off. I already asked for time off last week for the phone interview I had with them (the 2nd interview) as an "appointment". What do I tell my current employer this time? I don't think saying "appointment" again will work without raising suspicions.

Doctor appointment. That one doesn't get any follow up questions from the boss.

Mental Health day
Schedule a Dr./Dentist appt the same day.
Kill someone close to you, and take a bereavement/funeral day
