How to take BIOS screenshots?

Does anyone know how one can go about it? Not talking about taking pictures using a camera, but taking screenshots of BIOS like you do with Fraps or PrntScreen in Windows.

If the video card has S-video out, one could connect that to a TV tuner card (that also had an S-video input port) on a 2nd PC, and capture the bios screen on the 2nd PC.
But most people would just take a screen photo using a digital camera.

So basically I need an S-Video out from a video card, and some sort of capture card that takes S-Video in another system, correct?

Thank you for your input. I appreciate it.

Yeah BIOS is obviously before any OS / drivers have been loaded so besides standing in front of it with a camera you would need another computer with video capture capability and hope that the captured computers video output was enabled prior to loading BIOS (which it usually is as the video card BIOS is the first thing you typically see flash on the screen) before even computer BIOS.

Never done it myself, however.

you could do it while it's running a VM but then your limited to what options the VM bios has.. depends what type of screenshots you're trying to get.
