How to take action against a hacker?

So I'm sitting at home yesterday and some bastard tries to grace my system with a trojan. My firewall of course catches this and logs the IP. I do a little tracert and tracking and actually wind up with a location....some cyber-cafe in Kuwait of all places. So now what do I do? All I have is the email address for the cafe's admin guy? Do I just let him know what happened, or are there other courses of action? It didn't do anything to my system thanks to the firewall, but I'd still like to teach this little s**t a lesson.

Thanks,
Fausto

Large blunt objects come to mind, but you're on your own when the cops start asking questions :)

Fausto, given that it's in Kuwait, your options are severely limited. I would email the admin and see what he/she has to say about it. Above that, I'd think you really can't do a whole lot without spending a great deal of money.
