How to synchronize outlook calendars?

Hello,

I have two calendars in my outlook since my school switched to zimbra. I haven't figured out a way to synchronize the two calendars and do not want to manually transfer all of my appointments. I was thinking about syncing to google calendars from one calendar and then syncing it with the other calendar. Would that work? Any other suggestions? Thanks
