How to synchronize 2 dir on network

I need to synchronize 2 identical direcotry on two separate machines. Can someone recommand a software or win xp module that accomplish this task? The computer just on home network, file sharing etc.

MS Synctoy or Syncback can do that and both are free.

Norton Commander can do it. it can sunc files, play mp3, rip cd's, etc. a lot of programs combined into one.

cool I think I'll give them a try. Norton Commander? Isn't that from good old DOS days? I remember used to have one of those handy when I was still using DOS 4.0.
