Trying to fix this thing here, where the wire got pinched and broke. So I was just going to cut it away, strip and solder. That would work... except the damn wire doesn't have the strands of wire in the center. So stripping it normally just cuts the wire.
I'm using a stripper that works down to 30 AWG (the bundle of wires is probably 30 AWG or a little smaller), but even very carefully cutting around the edge, when I pull it off I end up losing strands or break the whole thing. There is 4-5 strands, but when I lose a couple I'm left with a TINY piece that is easily broken after I solder it together.
Any trick to strip this damn wire??
