How to stream video/audio?

I have a webcam/digital camera that i want to try messing with streaming video to another person or something like that. How do I do this? The camera is an Intel-Play (not really mine, given to my dad by employer) and didnt come with any software for doing this. I tryed Netmeeting but couldnt get it working with the audio/video. Any help? Thanx
