How to stream 3rd party apps - Sonos

I'm having trouble with a new Sonos Move. I can't figure out how to stream via wifi Youtube or other 3rd party apps. The sound just comes out of my cell phone speakers instead. I can stream through Bluetooth, but this requires me to go to the speaker, physically switch the device to bluetooth mode, pair, and then play audio. But the bluetooth mode is noticeably lower quality than over wifi. Is there any way to stream the sound over wifi on apps that aren't available to add through the Sonos App?
