Since there is no longer an A/V forum and this doesn't fit into any of the dumb fragmented subforums, I figured I'd just post this here.
Last night I finally got around to hanging some picture frames my wife got me for Father's Day. While hanging them on the wall, the reflection from the projector screen did not even cross my mind. As soon as I hung them up and turned on my projector, then sat in my seat, it was very apparent that 1 of them is reflecting the screen. It gets even worse if you move over 1 seat from the main one. It is very noticeable in the right peripheral while looking at the screen.
So my question is - do they make any kind of anti-glare spray or anything that I could put over the glass frame? Or anti-glare glass that I could replace the frame with?
My wife thought it wasn't that bad from her seat (the one that is worse than my main seat) and that it wouldn't bother her much, but I think if we sat down there to focus on a movie it could get very distracting seeing it out of the peripheral the entire movie. I can live with it for a while but if there isn't anything that I can put over the glass
FWIW, it's the Ovechkin picture which I hung below the other one. You can see the glare on these pictures in just this pic. Imagine the reflection of a bright screen in a dark room.
