hmm i did that and my isp connection dissappeared wtf? i started event log again and it came back
btw i was stopping "Event Log" not event logger if that makes a diffrence i didnt have a event logger

I am not sure, but I believe you can create your own logs and settings thru the &quot;Performance Logs and Alerts&quot; snap-in. Either load the snap in or it can be accessed thru computer managment.

 
That also, but go here too. Right click on my computer, click on properties. Expand Services and Applications, and select WMI control. Click Action above and then select properties. Go to the Logging tab and make sure that is turned off.
