i've had a bad habit of chewing on pens or pencils or any plastic object sitting on my desk for as long as i can remember now...it gets annoying having to buy new pens cause i ate the last batch of pens.

anyone have a suggestion for how to stop?

guess i could always carry around altoids and just always have one in my mouth

You have an oral fixation, you'll need to be breast fed a few months longer to fix that. Or, was it that you were potty trained to early? I forget.

DILIGENCE. Took me about a year to stop biting my nails. Just keep them out of your mouth.
