Absolutely right. #1 is a little hard. Not many hosts will allow you to do that, well at least the good ones that I've found. I remember looking for webhosts and i noticed the ones I would've picked did not allow for pron (not that I was going to host any)...

I think you'll need to plan how you'll promote the site. Driving a steady flow of paying customers to your page will be more difficult than finding a pr0n hosting co. and some loose ladies. You'll only be competing with a few billion other webpages. GL

it is a legitimate business but they often deal with crap such as tax avoidance, under age pornstars, etc. so they get lawsuits all the time. I know of a guy that work as an accountant at a porn company.. all he does is move money around so that the company loses little money in possible lawsuits

Also I heard its very much a cash business (for the stars). Of course this is to avoid tax.
