How to start a Sata2 raid?

i have one SATAII drive at the moment, (WD3200KS 320GB) and would like to upgrade to maybe a raid 0 or whatever is faster for video editing. I need the speed rather than storage.

I havent made a raid before, so im clueless as to where to start. Is there anything specific i should be careful with, or look out for, considering this motherboard?

Theres 2 raid option on that board
nvidia and sli

pick one to use and goto bios to turn on raid for nvidia or sli

once thats down you can boot past bios to goto raid config
