How to start a memo to an entire company? IE: Dear, To etc.

I'm writing a memo to all American Express employees and I'm supposed to be Harvey Golub (circa 1995 CEO not sure if he is anymore). Anyways, how should I start this thing?

I currently have:

To My Fellow American Express Employees,

I'm not really a fan of that, so any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
