How to spot a stuttering on my gpu?

I am using gigabyte gtx1080 G1 gaming for about 3 weeks and noticed coil whine sound but it doesnt bother me alot. What does bother me alot is stuttering in certain of my games. Ive been searching alot but couldnt find any software/apps to spot the stuttering. Ive tried using the UFO test stuttering test but im not pretty sure how does it work. Can someone explain me how to notice a stuttering using the UFO test? Or any suggestion about other apps? Thanks!

start by measuring frame times, but it sounds like you can already see the stuttering during gameplay so im not sure what you are trying to accomplish?

the UFO test you take pictures of it but its to help with frame skipping in OC'd monitors, not frame skipping which is what stutter usually shows.

Try MSI Afterburner and make sure it shows the frametimes not just fps. If you have two monitors you can have it up on one while gaming on the other and see if there are spikes when you notice the stuttering.

Does GPU have possibility to make a stuttering? I suspect the monitor hmmm

by looking for large spikes, like for example you have average of 15-20ms frame times most of the time but get a spike into several hundred ms for a few seconds then that is going to result in stuttering on screen.

Did u mean if the frame times suddenly goes up? Ok Im gonna try it when Im home.

yes look for spikes where frame times are greatly increased over normal.
