How to solve this problem?

I bought a motherboard(abit IS-10 865ge) integrates a video chip,when I play CS,the screen appears a lot of white lines,just likes waves.i have updated it,but still can solve it.
1.What's the problem?
2.How to solve it?

1. You bought a motherboard with crappy integrated video.

2. Buy a real video card and install it.
