I have a laptop with a pointing stick and 3 mouse buttons, so I've set the middle button to act as a middle-click. When I click the middle button and then push up or down on the pointing stick, it will scroll the page up/down.

In internet browsers, the middle-click scrolling works great, as there is much less scrolling acceleration. In MS OneNote, however, the scrolling is super sensitive, and if I push on the pointing stick even a little too hard, it will scroll all the way to the bottom of a document.

Is there a way to change the scrolling behavior in OneNote and other MS office products so that I can effectively use the pointing stick for scrolling?
