This seems to affect shortcuts that are in the Quick Launch toolbar.
I notice that when we mouseover an application shortcut that contains a comment, the tooltip can show only the comment. E.g. for Opera the tooltip only says "Simply the best Internet Experience." This icon was created during the installation of the application itself.
For manually created shortcuts with a comment, it always shows the shortcut name (e.g. "Opera") on the first line of the mouseover tooltip, followed by the comment on the second line. How can we show only the comments as in the previous example?
