How to ship a video card without a static bag?

Yep. I've used Saran Wrap and napkins to ship before. I'd ask the buyer if he minded it first though.

If you live near a Microcenter you can buy a handful of ESD bags for $3.

Yep. Just plain brown paper will work fine. As a matter of fact some video card companies recommend this for RMA if you lost the bag.

These things are awesome. If you need extra padding or what not, you just stuff the card inside the bag into a second bag. Best of all FREE!! .
