How to share files?

Sorry for my ignorance, Im kinda new to networking. I got my two computers hooked up through a router and I now can share my cable internet. How do I share files? I enabled file and printer sharing with both computers and I can see both of them listed in Network Neighborhood, but when I double click on the computer there is no files in there. Can anyone help me out?
 

Right click the directory that you want to share, then point to sharing > Share As > Share Name > Access Policy & User/Group if you have NT & up.
 
Thank you so much. Just tried it and it works. No more burning on cd-rw's every time I need to move a file. Thanks again
