How to setup Windows Media Center to accept a non-TV signal?

I have 2 composite inputs on my computer and a coax. I'm using the coax for cable TV, but want to hookup a video game console to it on one of the composite inputs.

How do you do this? The TV setup tries to configure the source video feed as TV and I don't see any other options.

I ended up researching this at the Hauppage website and found that Media Center can't do it, so I downloaded WinTV 2000 and set it up. Working now.
