How to setup ICS on XP using Dialup and a Wifi card?

I've got a friend who has dialup on his PC. He is getting a wireless card for his PC and a laptop with wireless. He wants to share the dialup connection on his PC with the laptop via the wireless cards. How do you set something like this up?
