How to setup dual tvs and have them run different videos at the same time

Im overseas and am starting a small cafe. So what I plan to do is download some sport games and play them the day after. My thought is to run two hdmi cables from a video card and connect them to the tvs. Im assuming that the video card can do this. However if there are other options or better options I would appreciate recommendations.

You can do what you said,nowadays a lot of CPUs have graphics too so you can have one hdmi from the motherbord and one from the vga,might be cheaper,but all depends on what you already have and what you will buy.

A raspberry pi is very nice for playback,it's pretty cheap(maybe even cheaper then a long good quality hdmi cable) it can run kodi and it can use remote controls.

Also if the country has gone digital tv most of those recievers also play movies from usb,just make sure to buy one with good file compatibility (playing mkv/mp4)

Honestly, I'd get a bunch of rokus, or look for an industrial/specialized device/service. Get plex on there and just stream from one server pc, or just use hulu/youtube playlists.

Due to the need to setup a looping play list, something I dont think roku or USB playback on TVs support in any way, he is probably going about it the right way.

That said, you don't need anything special. Get a laptop or desktop with 2+ hdmi outs, plugging a tv into each will give you multiple desktops. Just full screen a media player running the playlist you want in each window.

Buy 2 Raspberry Pi2-s(cheap!), install OpenELEC. Playback media from usb/sdcard or internet.
If you connect them to network, you can control them from web interface or with super convenient android app Yatse.
