How to setup a simple online store?

My cousin is big into photography and he makes all kind of stuff that he sells at fairs. He makes everything himself, and the other day he asked me how he could setup a simple online store for his stuff. Anyone have any suggestions?

For an extremely simple set-up... perhaps he can just set up a website with samples of all his work available for sale, and provide a paypal address for payment.
