How to set-up two SATA HD?

I am fairly new to building my own systems. I just bought an ASUS P4P800 delux, P4 3.0gh
a WD Raptor 36gig 10,000 rpm SATA HD and I also own a Seagate 120gig SATA HD?
My question is what is the best way to configure the 2 HD's to get the MOST Performance and speed? I do Photography and business aplications on this computer? (photoshop7, Quickbooks Pro ect) I am using Win XP Pro. The Asus supports SATA raid 0, but I don't think I could do that since both drives are not identical? My thoughts are: Load XP on the faster 10k RPM drive and all the programs and other files on the seagate. What are your thoughts?

u might wanna put some frequently accessed programs on the raptor. stuff like antivirus stuff that needs to be loaded up on every boot.

So I set-up as followed
Drive C: 36g SATA Raptor @10,000rpm with WinXP
Drive D: 120g WD SATA 7,200rpm with some programs like word, illustrator ect.
Since I mostly do photography and use Photoshop 7, where should I install it for best performance?
Also where should I set the photoshop scratch disc? I have the WinXp paging file split between the two drives, about 1500 a piece.
The system has 1gig of DDR3200 dual chan memory installed right now.
I would love to hear suggestions from you experts. It really helps a newbie like me.
