How to set up Outlook in Server 2003 enviornment.

Wondering if you guys could help. This company has 16 clients running xp pro and a central server running 2003. This is Outlook 2003. With the two new account outlook won't delete both the emails from both the client and the server. How do we set it up to do this?

so you have exchange 2003 and outlook 2003 correct?
