How to set Outlook 2000 to retrieve data from Hotmail

Hi,
I was using Outlook Express

I just installed Outlook 2000, it seems more advanced.

so i switched to it.

but i don't know how to set Outlook 2000 to check mails from Hotmail.

close outlook
right click on the outlook 2k icon, go to properties
add internet account, then put in all the info.

are u sure u can do it by the way u've shown me?

cuz i can only add my ISP's account there,
i can't add any HTML servers

To my knowledge, only Outlook Express can extract mail from HoTMaiL.

the orangeman is right. microsoft was smoking something when they decided only outlook express should be allowed to use hotmail accounts. ah well.. atleast outlook express is free the two programs share address books and stuff anyhow. its all part of microsofts evil plans..

well, MS wasnt the only one smoking crack i didnt know that only OE was allowed to do that, oh well, my method works to add accounts if thats any consolation to me :---)
