how to set memory timings?

Difficult to say. I got on Biostar's website and downloaded their manual and it is pure crap. It does not get into the BIOS (with screenshots) at all. Do you have some familiarity with setting memory timings on other boards?

Just to give you an example of how I did mine on my ASUS A8N32-SLI, my Corsair XMS memory was rated 2-3-3-6-1T @ 2.75V. In my BIOS, I find the spots for these settings. They were clearly labeled. These numbers mean the following...

2-3-3-6-1T
2 = CAS Latency
3 = tRCD (RAS to CAS delay)
3 = tRP (RAS Precharge)
6 = tRAS (Active to Precharge)
1T = Command Rate

all these number are in clock cycles. If you have the numbers for your memory, you should find these spots in your BIOS and key them in. If you knew all this stuff, I'm sorry for the lesson in basics. Are you sure you mobo is capable of this? For that price range, I would wonder if it even has these capabilities, but I don't have a ton of experience with many different manufacturers.

Not all bios/mobos have that feature to manually set memory timings so this might be the case if you haven't found it.
