How to set exposure time on Sony Cybershot dsc-w210

This is something I can't seem to find anywhere, how do I manually set the exposure time on this camera? My old Kodak used to allow this, and I could take some very nice outside pictures if I found a way to hold it very still. (I don't have a tripod). It has a setting that automatically does it, but I prefer manual control, if it even supports it...

That camera doesn't appear to have any manual settings at all, so no manual shutter adjustments. Sorry.

Hmm was afraid of that, oh well, eventually I'd like to get something more advanced like a DSLR, though I don't really take pictures enough to justify a few grand for a camera.
