How to set a very limited permission for a guest user? WinXP Pro.

In WinXP Pro, how can I make a user who is ONLY allowed to go Internet? Can anyone give me steps to do it???

here is what I need....

1. No right click mouse on desktop.
2. No access to start to programs
3. Only leave IE6 on the desktop
4. No access to Hard Drive, Control Panel...
5. No access to change any options from IE6

I would try some sort of combination of using PowerToys TweakUI and the group policy console, which can be accessed by running gpedit.msc

With gpedit.msc you can do a lot of things like disabling the start menu, limiting IE, etc.
With Tweak UI you can remove desktop icons.
