What is your email doing receiving text messages? Unless they are text based emails of IM conversations.
With tmobile you just send the email to yourself and it will let you know you have mail. Download the email to your cell and viola!
And...you can also use activesync if you have a windows based pda phone like mine.
I'm not sure what you're asking. My email isn't receiving text messages.Originally posted by: FelixDeKat

I just want to use email to send text messages to cell phones. Isn't that a straight forward question?
Thanks. The later didn't work (and yes I did correct the spelling). I'll try the former.Originally posted by: whalen
With cingular i think you sign up for a "cingularme" account and then send a regular email to XXXX@cingularme.com. (its free).
EDIT: You might be able to just send it to XXX-XXX-XXXX@cingualrme.com too.
